(This is my personal definition of "5 minutes a meal: it's all aboutassembly time. If I can cook something in the crockpot all day, I can not count on that after my meal-preparation time, since I'm not at my crockpot. I count the assembly time food, because what really matters when you are busy.)

So what's the catch? N. capture, but there are some simple secrets that you need to know to make 5 minutes of work with a full mealLife.

Start with the bottles standing in your supermarket and sauce dressing tools. These meals are 5 minutes waiting to happen! Choose your favorite flavor. They try new taste sensations. Look for the low-fat or fat-free varieties and keep adding fat and calories to a minimum.

Think in terms of adding meat cooked 5 minutes on these meals. You can buy pre-cooked chicken, for example, or for further savings, you can buy hamburgers or chicken pieces (I prefer skinless, boneless chickenBreasts) and cook the meat every month at a time, then freeze in meal portions. That saves a lot of time in the kitchen.

The drying their meat is 5 minutes whipping meals in a flash. Simply take a package of pre-cooked meat to the freezer, add a bottle of sauce of love and warmth.
